What is a Monthly Meeting?

Since its inception the FDHAS has sponsored a "Monthly Meeting" (MM) for members. This is a low keyed, relaxed, gathering open to all members with paid up membership.  For those members who have not paid their membership due to the new year, they can pay at the meeting. See above schedule for where and when our meeting is held.

Tables are available on a first come, first served basis. The MM serves many members who, for personal reasons, cannot set up at our two day gun show. The meeting last just a few hours, but is filled with friendship, cordiality, buying and selling.

Members enter on a first come, first served basis. Badges must be worn on outside garments to prevent the delay of entrants.

This picture was taken while members were still entering and others were involved in setting up their tables. You will notice some tables do not yet have their goods laid out. Our current facility is very well lit and provides very easy unloading.

Fun, friendship, and common interests provide a nice trading atmosphere at our Monthly Meetings.

In order to make attendance more convenient for our members, the Palmer Township Fire Company offers very reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches of good taste and high quality. Every January meeting offers paid up members a Free Breakfast, which has a large selection available.  All other meetings offer unlimited free coffee, tea, and donuts.

Free Coffee, Tea, and Donuts are available at every meeting.

Monthly Meeting Each January

Members with Badges On are helping themselves to a complete breakfast. This is in addition to the endless free coffee, tea, and donuts which are present at every Monthly Meeting.

Come and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of eating with other members during the Free Breakfast for Members, each January.
